Update Version 1.0.1 is live!

Time for some updates!
I just released version 1.0.1 which contains the following changes and bugfixes:
- added WASD as controls for desktop versions (MAC and Windows) added the description to the itch.io page
- fixed two errors caused by calling the false splash animation (*) and adding the same tile two times in the same method
- removed game mode button, may come back in the future :)
- optimization and correction of the scoreboard-labels
- added a replay button to the scoreboard screen
- some code optimization
